I provide both online and in-person coaching.


I strongly believe in teaching self sufficiency. I want to equip all my clients with a high-quality toolbox suitable for their goals.

I don’t want to feed you another fish.

We will work together on your goals and develop a pragmatic and linear approach to achieving what you desire. Whether your goal is full splits, a solid handstand, full front lever, iron-clad joints, handstand pushups, or if you just want to improve your movement. The current state of your body will be assessed and a sound approach towards your goals specific to your body will be laid out.

PRIVATE COACHING


1 hour Skype session: $90
In-person private at my studio: $100/hour

MONTHLY TRAINING


As much as I enjoy giving out sessions, this is what I love most. Witnessing a student progress and seeing them discover that they are so much more capable than they initially thought is such a fulfilling experience. Here’s how monthly training with me looks like:

FORMAT

  • You communicate to me what you desire to learn and what goals you wish to achieve.
  • I then write up an extremely detailed program and handbook for you to keep and follow. This will be equipped with your goals, availability, schedule, personal notes, reminders, warmup, core regimen, daily work, and technical notes/cues.
  • You will look it over and then discuss the details with myself over Skype if you’re an online student or at our initial session within my studio if you live in Toronto.
    • For the in-person and online sessions, we will have one in the beginning to get you started and to clarify all the information presented, and one at week 2 to see how you’re doing and clear up any form issues or questions you may have. I’d also like to run you through the program on our initial session (even if you’re on Skype) so you get an understanding of the technique as well as a feel for the level of intensity, volume, and rest.
  • We will then communicate back and forth via e-mail regarding progress for the rest of the month. At the minimum, I require 1 check-up a week with some clips or photos of progress. This is mandatory to ensure you’re following the information correctly and performing the exercises as desired.
  • At this stage I often respond with either videos or detailed write-ups with my references included to best answer any questions or problems that arise.
